• Tolerances - as low as +/- 0.0002" depending on size
• Spool lengths - Up to 10,000 feet depending on size
• Hardness - As drawn or annealed (20-25% minimum elongation)

Benefits of silver-plated copper mandrels:

• Stable at temperature up to 850F. Will not melt, ovalize or stretch under high processing temps.
• Can be annealed to allow for the wire to be elongated for easy removal post process
• Tight tolerances to give your product precise ID control

• Can be applied to annealed stainless-steel or silver-plated copper mandrels to allow for a wide range of applications.
• Stable at temperatures up to 600F. Will not melt, ovalize or stretch under high processing temps.
• Guaranteed easy removal due to the non-stick, lubricious PTFE coating even on soft or sticky polymers. 
• 20-25% minimum elongation to facilitate easy removal of the mandrel post processing
